Over the last 30 plus years, our business has steadily expanded until we now employ around 180 staff members at multiple locations in New South Wales and Queensland. Few business owners would argue that their employees are surely the best asset that their business has, and we are by no means an exception.
Our staff are the core of our business, and they are one of the main reasons why Faircloth & Reynolds has grown successfully over the years to become one of the rock solid players in the Australian HVAC industry.
Some of our staff has been with us for over 20 years or more and many others 10 years or more. Many were apprentices that started straight out of school, progressing to become tradesmen and department managers. Whilst others have come to the organisation from outside of the industry, bringing their own expertise and skills, all helping to build the great company that we are today.
Of course, we can’t forget the two founders of the company who bring it all together, David Reynolds and Peter Faircloth. When you need the job done, we know that every minute counts and that is why our team won’t keep you waiting any longer than is absolutely necessary.
